BCM International is a consortium of four composers who strive to create high-quality literature for all concert and educational mediums. While diverse in background and stylistic approach, we share a desire to enrich the repertoire with music unbound by traditional thought or idiomatic cliché.

It's a BCM Week here in Atlanta at the CBDNA Southeast Conference at brainy Emory University, although I'm not sure who here knows that it's a BCM Week. Attempting to point it out to as many people as I can. Along with Jim and Steve's performances of their new works earlier this week, there's tomorrow night's (Sat) concert with the Atlanta Youth Wind Symphony where they play my 'spring rain...' , another performance of Steve's 'ImPercynations', and THREE performances by 3 separate and unrelated ensembles of Eric's 'Sleep'. Three. Oh, and an 'Equus' performance, too. But 3 "Sleep"s.
