BCM International is a consortium of four composers who strive to create high-quality literature for all concert and educational mediums. While diverse in background and stylistic approach, we share a desire to enrich the repertoire with music unbound by traditional thought or idiomatic cliché.

The Blog

BCM goes back to it's roots this weekend, at least in part. I'll be guest conducting the band at my alma mater, Wyoming Valley West High School, in Plymouth PA, On Friday I'll get to clinic with the students, visit with old friends and faculty, and rehearse Moon by Night for Sunday afternoon's concert. The band is now under the direction of Andy Kolojejchick, an old chum from my days at WVW, so whoever said you can't go home again was certainly not talking about my activities this weekend...
