BCM International is a consortium of four composers who strive to create high-quality literature for all concert and educational mediums. While diverse in background and stylistic approach, we share a desire to enrich the repertoire with music unbound by traditional thought or idiomatic cliché.

The Blog

We've stayed out waaaay too late this evening, so this will be short. Newman had his performance of Metropolitan tonight with the CYSO, which went quite well, I thought, even though it was in a ballroom and the acoustics are perfectly awful. Congrats to Newm, and it's great to be back in Chicago. The booths open tomorrrow morning, so we get to start bright and early. We have Daniel Montoya on board this year, which will help mightily.
